I just tried laser hair removal at S Aesthetics Clinic and enjoyed the experience. great experience overall. No pain and my skin feels so smooth after the treatment. Dr was very careful and explained it in an easy to understand way considering its my first time trying out laser hair removal services. Definitely worth a try if you're someone who is afraid of pain cause they use the latest tech that minimises discomfort. No redness as well :) Near Orchard mrt, walking distance, so quite convenient and easy!

I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr Cheak was so helpful in explaining procedures and very kind. Shermaine did my hydro facial. She was very thorough! Clinic is very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here! Will be coming back

just went for jaw botox procedure today and was very impressed by service and kindness and knowledge of all staffs!! Dr Cheak was patient and gentle and very professional and offered me advice on my skin etc. Therapists also did not pressure me or hardsell me into any packages at all which is very hard to find in most aesthetic clinics nowadays!! instead they gave me the info brochures and told me to book when ready 😊 will definitely be back again for future procedures!!

I recently visited this clinic for a facial treatment, paying $416 for what I expected to be a premium experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst facial I’ve ever had.
To begin with, the service fell far below the standards I anticipated for the price. I wasn’t asked to change out of my clothes, which was surprising and uncomfortable. Additionally, the facial bed had visible hair on it, raising concerns about hygiene and attention to detail.
During the treatment, the manual extraction process was extremely painful, and the therapist repeatedly complained about the condition of my skin. While I was aware my skin wasn’t in perfect shape, that’s precisely why I sought professional care. To address the issue, I even opted for an additional treatment at an extra cost of $188, hoping for better results.
However, not only did the facial fail to improve my skin, but it also left my face damaged, with small bumps that persist even after the treatment. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, especially given the high cost and the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality skincare services. 5 stars mainly for great service from Shirley. She is very professional in her work, no hard selling and always check in to make sure you feel okay. Strongly recommend to find her for treatments and services! The treatment room is also very clean and spacious, quite comfortable as well.
