loved the brand for years, regularly buying the nama range. Ion basement outlet incredibly bad, never met such attitude staff from royce ever. other outlets are lovely though. 23Apr23

Royce chocolates are the best and I absolutely love the dark chocolate and champagne flavour! My go to place for X’mas gifts and Teachers’ day gifts!

Bought gifts through grab from this store but there were changes that i couldn't make through the app and Mel from the ion store helped me a lot with it! Their service is 10/10:)

Service staff is polite and patient despite the store being rather crowded. Packaging is always on point! Royce is our favourite Japanese chocolate brand. Nama chocolates and Bitter chocolate covered chips are our favourites!

Champagne flavour is my favourite. Most of their chocolates never fail. Always my go to chocolates whenever gifting season arrives. My favourite chocolate brand.

I have always loved royce chocolate. But however try not to go before closing time at ion store. Because this male staff seems impatient and not really happy.

The chocolates are awesome. Not a fan of their other flavors. Do try their Ghana Bitter Nama chocolates.
