I had a wonderful experience with Ms Aleeska at Risis Atelier on 17 Nov 2025. I was looking for a gift for a friend, and she provided amazing service, giving a clear introduction of the products and patiently answering all my questions. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional. 🌟 I went back the next day to get another one for myself but Ms Aleeska wasn’t there.

Opening exclusive is customers receive free magnetic card case with any purchase. I bought on 29 Dec. I went down again on 30 Dec to say that I didn't receive my free gift. The promo was stated on the panel at the side of the shop. Staff said that it's for customers that receive email from Risis. Only when I went back again 3rd time to show her the IG on the promo only then the staff gave me the gift. The staff that I mentioned was a transferred from ION. Sounded Filipino. Was your staff not brief on any promo? Or did she intent to keep the gift for ownself? I had purchase Risis for a long time but this incident brings bad image to the company. Add on: I have attached the promo. No minimum purchase and while stock last. There is no goodwill on your end.
