Best place to get your kitchen appliances! They helped me for my last renovation more than 10 years ago and again this year for my upcoming move. I have very specific oven needs and Ruby kindly spent a lot of time with me in the store, allowing me to make the right choicr. Competitive pricing and best of all, superior pre and after sales service. Even with my decade old appliances, they are happy to help. When your point sales person is away, someone else in the team takes over. Seamless and stress free. Wonderful wonderful service.

Good customer service provided by Ruby, we shared our space constraint issue and she initiated a house visit to have a better understanding of our issue. They also provided plumbing service and electrical service, so there's no worries of finding your own plumber or electrician if you buy from them, on top of that they carefully helped to move my existing washing machine to fit in the new dishwasher

Almost 1 year after we settled into our new house, we needed some electrical wiring works related to induction hobs bought from Rina. Was pleasantly surprised that William without hesitation made arrangements with Gaggenau. I am also very happy with Gaggenau : great after-sales service from both parties,

Recommended by a friend for their excellent service & reasonable prices for European branded appliances. Rina did not disappoint. They responded very quickly with a quote, gave advice on which models to get, and very kindly kept my Bertazzoni hob, hood and oven with them till my kitchen reno was done. Ordered a subzero fridge more than 14 months ago, and still have no word on delivery date. Pls do not sign any agreement as it prevents any refund or exchange even if the fridge arrives ten years late. On top of which, I have been given a delivery fee of $850.
