Like many, my calls didn't get through so I decided to walk in with my bags. They managed to take my Salsa in for repair but the larger case, they didn't have the part in stock so they offered to send my case home for me since they don't have space for storage. Salsa collected today and lock was replaced but they didn't clean my case at all!! Quite disappointed tbh. Not quite up to my expectations for a LVMH brand...

My 4yo Esseential Trunk cracked ard the logo badge. Tried to call like 2-3 times during operation hours n got answered that I could bring it down w the guarantee booklet for assessment, staff tone was friendly too. I believe they couldn’t answer calls promptly like many negative reviews here were due to all the walk-ins. So if you are heading down make sure you do have more time allowance for waiting as I saw there are only 2 staffs around n time to time there will be people walking in for collection or sending in for repair/assessment. Happy to get mine done in 15mins, thanks Yana!! :D

Rimowa is a reliable brand with an asset like Reymar who is incredibly professional in his work. Despite the long waiting line on a weekend, his patience and smile certainly makes customers feel welcomed. Reymar’s consistently good service level during my two recent service experience is truly commendable. Its been a while got the perfect services from Rimowa Service center which located in SG Mandarin gallery, staff named as Jesse (male) back in January. My rimowa luggage got the serious damage, one of wheel part was broken while i got the travel plan in 3 days. I reached out CS via whatsapp first with sharing photos then they straight turnaround and ask me to come down to service center. Once i reached out to center, no need to wait at all and they replaced with the brand new one!! Thanks so much team especially to Jesse!! (Not exactly sure whether i recall correct name, sorry) 1000% satisfaction. Impressive customer service.

Dropped by on Vesak Day afternoon. Despite having a few people ahead of us, we were attended to quickly. Jas was cheerful and helpful through and through.
