On the 11th of December 2025, wife and I were moving around on our leave day looking for good riding boots after I bought my RG. We got some recommendations to go to Selangor and KL at that time too since we were leaving for Cameron Highlands and KL for the week. We were told of the Red Wing Flagship store at Orchard Gateway and decided to give it a go. When we were about to enter the store, a man also wanted to enter the store and both my wife and I thought that this store may not entertain us since we were also shabbily dressed too. The moment I asked aloud of there are boots for riding purposes, the man that entered the store with us, was actually the sales guy Han. Han meticulously took us through the design, the types of boots, material to highlight, colours and even measured my feet to ensure the right boots could be tried on with a variety of colours to choose from. He was a natural, and knew his products well. He did. Kt notice us watching him notice another customer walked in and he recognized him and even asked about his mom. This here was amazing salesperson disposition and deep care for customers to keep remembering them. At once, without any discussion, my wife and I felt that we assumed wrongly at the beginning but was really smothered with excellent service, care and genuine dedication to not even hard sell at all as he kept telling us to sit on our decision and cam come back later to make a firmer decision. I came close to buying 2 pairs actually. Ended up with one pair today and maybe will come back in 3 to 4 months time for the other pair.
Han, keep up the good work! Hard to come by someone with such knowledge, dedication and love of the product in this day and age. You are an asset at your shop and to Singapore. Cheers!

Big shoutout to Mr. Han at the Red Wing Singapore store for making my first Red Wing purchase such a great experience! He patiently walked me through the details of the Moc Toe boots and really knew his stuff about fit and comfort. Super friendly and welcoming service that made me feel right at home. Couldn’t be happier with my new boots, and I’ll definitely be back to check out more models the next time I’m in Singapore!

Had a wonderful experience here! I came in to buy my first pair of Iron Ranger boots (and my second pair of Red Wings after owning the Moc Toe boots). The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.
A special thanks to Edward (apologies if I got the name wrong!) - he measured my feet, guided me to the right size, and was not only polite and professional but also just a genuinely cool guy. He even shared some great travel advice with me.
I highly recommend visiting this store. Even if you don’t end up buying anything, it’s worth stopping by. the displays of worn-in boots and other heritage pieces are really cool to see.

After wearing the Norway MOC for a day and decided to get another pair. And the ever friendly Han recommend another irresistible pair to me and got it. Hope to rotate it together with the Norway moc! Looking forward to another great purchase again! By the way, great to know you, Edward and hopefully in the near future i may changed laces to a zipper like yours.👍🏻

The service we received at the Red Wing store in Orchard Gateway was outstanding. I was searching for the perfect shoes for my boyfriend, and I needed a spacious area to take pictures and videos of the options. To my delight, they graciously allowed me to do so without any hesitation.
The quality of their boots is truly impressive, crafted from top-notch leather materials, and designed with a traditional and durable construction. It's evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship, ensuring their products are built to last.
Although, unfortunately, we didn't end up making a purchase on that visit, I must commend the staff for their friendly and knowledgeable assistance. They were well-versed in their products, offering valuable advice on cleaning and conditioning the boots to maintain their quality.

Came down to the store with my boots to purchase some care products. Was attended to by Han; a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He gave me a thorough explanation on how to care for my boots. Not only that, he even taught me how to do it on the spot! Thanks Han!

Tips: If you’re getting down to purchase care products for your boots, I strongly recommend to bring along your boots with you. The guys will give a better suggestion & advice on what to get the best products for your boots. Oh, and preferably come down on a weekday so that they can attend to you better.

This was my very first time buying a pair of boots, ever (NS doesn’t count) and I did not know what to expect from such a Red Wing store, much less a high end boutique shop but boy was I blown away by the service. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would’ve asked more questions during the whole fitting process but I was too excited by the whole thing to think of any. In the end I left the store with a pair of Iron Ranger 8111s and a mini pair of IRs. Safe to say, I’ll be coming back to buy more accessories and shoe care products from them when the time comes.

Came into the store looking to get my old boots cleaned. Met staff at Orchard Gateway store, his name is Edward. So glad I dropped by today because his service was superb. I understood more about the cleaning process and he was so friendly n patient in explaining to me the maintenance details which I curiously needed. Made my experience so much better n, in a short span of time, got what I needed to know than aimlessly searching for answers online. Thank you Edward! In the end bought a new pair in a different colour. Best service I have seen in years!
