Chanced upon this little family-run Thai cafe and really enjoyed what we ordered 😋 We arrived past the last order timing and still was served by the kind and friendly owners! We enjoyed the basil pork, omelette and fried sea bass (a pretty new item) was delicious, wasn’t greasy and nicely presented. The skin was fried to perfection! Their menu’s extensive and will definitely return to try more dishes, desserts and street snacks 😊 great and unexpected find tucked away near Han’s at 111!

What a hidden gem! 😋 They serve up authentic Thai flavours at very affordable prices. We especially LOVE their Tom yam and Thai basil chicken with rice. Will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu!

Cute and cosy Thai cafe with a great mix of authentic dishes and fun drinks. The pork basil rice with double yolk was super satisfying, and the sleeping bear-shaped mango sticky rice was both cute and tasty. Spice lovers will love the Southern Thai spicy and sour yellow curry — a unique dish you rarely find in Singapore. The crab rolls were a pleasant surprise too, like an upgraded version of heizou. Especially loved the sweet potato cream cheese smoothie — rich, creamy, and addictive. The mini Thai snack shelf is a fun bonus!

5 stars! Rama Bear Cafe is a cosy F&B outlet at the ground floor of TripleOne Somerset, glad I finally got to try it today for lunch at the recommendation of my friend! All the staff here were so friendly and helpful. The Pad Thai noodles were delicious and wasn’t spicy since I asked for the chilli powder on the side, Pad Thai with fried egg on top was a beautiful combination that was so yummy (aroy) 😋 Thai Milk Tea is great too, I asked for 25% sugar for a healthier version. Thank you! 🙏🏻 Will be back! Update 19 July 2025: our little boy loved his omelette rice, and my wife found the Phad Thai to be “possibly one of the best Thai food I’ve ever had!” 🙌🏻

Small thai eatery located within 111 with a convenience store concept. Seatings are limited as the store is small. We were wondering why the table is so small and worried there wouldn't be sufficient space for our food, however once we received the small food portion we understand why there's no issue - small portion small table. Flavour is on point, very authentic thai food, however with other thai food options nearby (orchard plaza, killiney) with lower price but bigger serving we will definitely not revisit. Tomyam seafood had 2 regular prawns (not thai river prawns like some other photos) , 2 frozen squid slices, and some white shimeji mushrooms.

While waiting for dinner with friends in the same mall, my husband randomly chose this small cafe for tea. It turns out to be a cafe run by Thai people. Authentic Thai because they don’t serve hot drinks, and my sabai-sabai 50% sugar level brown pearl milk tea tastes like 100% by Singapore standard 😂. “Bring Thailand Closer to You”, and they succeeded. They have friendly staff who chats with me in Thai, playing Thai songs in the background. A very interesting cafe.

Small thai restaurant at 111 somerset. Tables were very small and cramped together (not good for large crowds. The food was actually really good and tasty. However, the portions were EXTREMELY small and nothing like the pictures in the menu… was pretty disappointing as the flavors were good. Although the taste was there, the small portion size with a relatively high price point will not entice me to visit this eatery again. Adding on, although we were eating in, they gave us plastic utensils and our food were in take-away boxes for some reason? Very strange indeed…

This place is so underrated, and I really want people to know about it! I came with expectations of a good basil pork with rice and it did not fail me. Just last week, I had an expensive basil pork rice at a thai restaurant which was more expensive and not authentic. Rama bear’s was absolutely delicious and came with a generous amount of meat. Egg top up $1 but it was nicely fried with runny center I like that I can choose spice level of low, med, high. I also ordered the thai milk tea with zero sugar. At $13.30 for a generous amount of pork and well fried egg with a drink, it is a steal in an area like Somerset.

Authentic, just like the Thai food I had in Bangkok, the minced pork rice is completely dry which is exactly how it should be, not the saucy one like most Sg Thai restaurants served. Tom Yam Goong is creamy, I like that. The chief is Thai. No tax no service charge, very affordable price. After balancing the taste and the price, I announce this to be the best Thai restaurant in Sg.
