Excellent service:) Recently, I purchased jade pendant from Shanghai, and I had minor doubt if this is a natural jadeite. I am certainly glad to find Raffles GemLab in Singapore. Mr. Gary explained well the process and performed the necessary testing. I feel relieved and peace of mind when he confirms to me with scientific evidence certificate that mine as Type A natural jadeite. The shop has good collection of jades and other gems with reasonable price.

Went to Raffles Gemlab some time ago for Jade testing. I was greeted friendly and professionally by the owner. He shared with me his knowledge on jades and his experiences. He provided me with the report for my jade testing and provided clear explanations on the results. items in his shop is having great sales 30-40% off depending on the products due to retirement sales! very pretty items there and do not need to worry on the quality of the items. appreciate all the help you have given me. Thank you.

Went to Gary to authenticate my customised Tahitian pearl bracelet as well as full pearl necklace. He was friendly with his sharing and passionate about his work. The whole authentication process took est. 30 mins, really efficient! Would definitely return to authenticate my future pieces!
