The lady supervisor here was honestly not great. When I bought my bag last month, they gave me one where the leather was already very dry. I came back today for polishing (they told me I could come anytime for it) and also brought one of my older bags. But the supervisor kept giving all sorts of excuses saying my old bag couldn’t be polished due to this and that.
In the end, my new bag didn’t even seem properly polished either. The staff were polite, but the supervisor’s attitude was really disappointing. Before sales and after sales service are two completely different stories. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this place. 😥

Great customer service! The staff were very patient and helpful throughout my visit. They have a wide range of handbags to suit different styles and preferences. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely come back again.

Everything was going well & smoothly until another customer walked out saying she had to go first but will come back. The staff attending to me shouted at her and said “you don’t want to buy this???” To which she replied “I’m going for facial first I’ll come back later”. Then it became my turn to want to leave and think about the bag and her smile turned into a frown. Not the most comfortable experience.

Great bag shop with lots of nice design. The staff are friendly, recommended the bag patiently and helped me find one that really suits my style. Good quality and highly recommended.
