I'm thrilled with my pedicure and spa treatment! My nails look beautiful, and the entire experience was truly worth it. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon for a relaxing and high-quality experience.

(Would give 0 stars if possible) Absolutely the worst experience ever. I went for nail extensions on 17th October, and by today every single nail has come off. They charged me over $230, which is ridiculously expensive for such poor quality. Within the first three days, three nails had already fallen off. They fixed one initially, but I can’t be going back every other day to get them repaired. The extensions were weak, uneven, and clearly not done to last. Honestly, I’ve had far better experiences at Lucky Plaza, and for a fraction of the price. These fancy Wisma Atria salons may look nice, but the quality is absolutely disappointing. I’ll never go back — wish I could rate them zero stars.

I want to give my honest feedback. If you want new customers, you should change your approach. This was my first visit, and I was charged SGD 138 because a massage was added to my pedicure. I did pay it, but the massage had no pressure and felt like only oil was put on my feet. I was not happy to pay that amount for this service.

Qoosh nail spa is clean, neat and comfy.Love this place. The manicure and pedicure services are awesome. The products they use are of top quality. I would strongly recommend getting your mani and pedi here,and the stafd here understood my skin and nails concerns well and provides suitable and right treatment.

Terrible service for my recent visit here on 2 Jan 2025. Bought 3k+ packages with this outlet a few years back. Since then I have noticed the service here is deteriorating from my last few visits so I tried to avoid this outlet and visit other outlets instead. But unfortunately I went again here on 2 Jan 2025 out of convenience. However this time they did not even get my foot wet and never put hot water in tub for me to soak my feet. Just cut my nail and wrapped my feet with aluminium foil for 15 minutes and I did not even feel any treatment solution being used. Then I was told this $80+ so called fungus treatment is done. Sorry I am signing for this session as I did not receive the service. It is outrageous!

Visited Qoosh Wisma for my Chinese New Year preparation. The queue was acceptable and fast. The store was clean and upscale. It was very cozy and inviting. The staff there were very professional, passionate and friendly. I liked the service there very much and even signed up for a package. I would recommend this place to other people and would definitely go back the store to do my nails!

They hardsell and beg you to top up the service when i still got a few left.. This time they wont let me leave the store so had to give in by buying extra 3 sessions. Next time I think need to call police. But there no way I will leave behind unused sessions so scare the customers from going there. I have friends who left 4 or 5 sessions but dont dare to go because they force you to top up extra sessions or add on this and that.

what i got (left pic) and what i actually wanted (right pic). this was definitely not worth the high price at all. it cost me more than $100 and the nail art i wanted to do was completely different from this. i wanted nice blush nails but idk what i got 😭and yeah they were upfront about the price before starting but i am not paying this much for such terrible nails….not coming back ever again

Was just shopping and saw this place. The stylist notice I had a crack on my nails and offer to fix it. What a wonderful service. Didn't expect to have such encounter while window shopping.

They’re rude! I still have a package and honestly if I didn’t have it and desperately needed it before I fly out I wouldn’t come back… as you can see the nail results are average. Just some feedback, improve your customer service and be kind. I’m in customer service and genuinely appalled by the lack of good service.
