Used to visit this place to get my hair trimmed, and it was great. But I visited yesterday, and it was bad. The male hairdresser didnt spray water to make sure that my hair was straighter before cutting, and when he was cutting the hair near to my face/ears, he didnt even pull it down to cut it, to make sure its the same length as the back. When I told him, he said that he did pull (erm, I can see what you're doing..) And he didnt even blow my hair when the service says "cut & blow"
I left with an uneven haircut :( Terrible, and very disappointed to be paying $24 for a half-assed job.

Long hair lady at 313 somerset outlet rushed through my cut, leaving me with hair that was WAY shorter than expected. Had a much better experience at the JEM outlet but this is simply unacceptable for the $18 asking price. I’ve already see. many horrible reviews on the same long hair lady after looking through the reviews to root out the issue behind such a terrible haircut, and it seems pretty obvious that this long hair lady is mediocre.
