Had nasi ambeng after gym. It was so good. Asked for chicken breast as well. There was so many empty seats on a Sunday afternoon.

Our second time here, and we really live this place for its great flavors and value for money.

I had lunch at Pu3 Restaurant today, which offers both set meals (individual and group) as well as à la carte options. I opted for à la carte to enjoy a milder spice level. I ordered a plate of white rice accompanied by three dishes: sayur lodeh, stir-fried long beans, and a fried chicken wing. Although the presentation of the dishes wasn’t particularly impressive, the food itself was satisfying, especially at the affordable price of $7.70, and the environment felt cosy. The place operates on a self-service basis, from ordering to returning your tray. However, the noise level made it difficult to hold a conversation, so while it’s fine for a quick lunch, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet spot to talk.

My friends and I had lunch here, and it was my first time dining in. I’m glad I discovered this place! I love Muslim/Indonesian food for its spices and flavours, and this restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered the Ambeng Royal 2 pax, Tahu Telur, and the roti kirai & egg salad set. Every dish was delicious and full of flavour. The Ambeng Royal was particularly impressive with its generous portions and variety of dishes. The Tahu Telur was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the Roto Kirai was a delightful accompaniment to the egg salad. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cosy. I will definitely return next time I’m in Singapore!
