I truly enjoyed my MBA in Global Business (Coventry University) journey with PSB Academy. Throughout the course, I had the privilege of being taught by several great lecturers. There are two exceptionally dedicated and passionate lecturers that i like to shout out to— Dr. John Heng and Dr. Victor Ong — whose guidance made a deep impact on my learning experience.
Dr. John Heng supported us through our final assignment "Entrepreneurship Business Proposal" module with remarkable commitment. He was always responsive, even on weekends, and never hesitated to answer our questions or provide consultation whenever we needed it. His logical thinking, clear guidance, and willingness to go the extra mile helped me and build a what i think is a solid, well-structured business plan (But not too sure if that is what Dr John think too. Result not released yet).
Dr. Victor Ong, who taught 2 of our Leadership modules, is another inspiring lecturer. His effort to remember every student’s name and background truly stood out, and his high expectations pushed us to elevate the quality of our work. His passion for teaching and deep knowledge of leadership helped me gain valuable insights that I will continue to carry in my career.
Beyond the classroom, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet many amazing classmates from different industries. The face-to-face classes allowed us to interact, learn from one another, and form meaningful friendships. The bond that our T224 class has built is something truly special and will remain a precious part of my MBA journey.
A big thank you to PSB Academy, Dr. John Heng, Dr. Victor Ong, and all my classmates for making this experience such a rewarding and memorable one.

This was more than a catch-up; it was a genuine soul-recharge. Seeing Dr. John Heng - our highly respected lecturer, alongside familiar faces of my classmates, team mates, and so many other schoolmates—instantly felt like stepping back in time.
The collective energy that night was seriously inspiring. It's truly amazing to see everyone's diverse success and the ambition driving our CUSingapore network forward.

I would like to take a moment to thank Dr. Jason Tan for everything he has done for us in the Engineering Project and Systems Operation & Control modules. He teaches with genuine passion and always gives his full effort to make sure we truly understand the subject, not just memorize it.
Throughout the semester, he has been patient, supportive, and always willing to guide us whenever we face difficulties. His clear explanations, useful advice, and constant encouragement helped me improve a lot in my project work and gave me confidence to push for better results in my reports.
Dr. Tan always takes the time to answer questions in detail and ensures every student keeps up with the lessons. His dedication has made a real difference in my learning journey, and I truly appreciate his commitment to our success.

My graduation ceremony at PSB Academy was truly memorable! I want to give a big shout-out to Dr. John Heng for being such an inspiring lecturer in my final module. He made the lessons engaging and practical, and was always humorous, supportive, and genuinely caring toward all students, offering guidance whenever we needed it!!! This greatly helped me in completing my MBA with Coventry University at PSB Academy.
Through studying the MBA, I gained so much: it improved my mindset, enhanced my skills, and allowed me to meet great classmates and lecturers. It’s definitely worth considering for anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.

I had a great experience with the staff at the Cathay campus. Everyone has been helpful and supportive, especially Casselynn. She went above and beyond in assisting me with the recovery of my student account, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, she also helped me get some letters required for applying for my master's degree, making everything smooth and much less stressful. Her support made a real difference, and I’m very thankful. Highly recommend reaching out to the staff here if you need help, they’re always kind and willing to assist.

The campus is technologically advanced and has excellent facilities. The staff are also highly efficient and helpful. I would like to commend Su Yi.l for her professionalism. She is genuinely kind and always ready to help, no matter how busy she is. She often goes out of her way to support others and is very careful in checking and following up on things. Working with her at PSB has been a really positive experience. (:

I recently attended the orientation session at PSB Academy Coventry University, and it was an informative and well-organized experience. The staff and facilitators were friendly, welcoming, and clear in their presentations. Key information about the course structure, campus facilities, academic expectations, and student support services was covered thoroughly.
What I appreciated most was the was the Q&A session was also helpful in clarifying any doubts.
Overall, the orientation gave me a better understanding of what to expect and left me feeling confident about starting my studies at PSB Academy, Coventry University. Looking forward to the learning experience ahead.
