I saw a pair of shoes I wanted online but wanted to try them on before placing the order. I was initially hesitant to step in the store based on the other negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the service and professionalism of Vin. I ended up buying the shoes in the shop and will definitely come back again!

Substandard quality of shoes for the price tag, don't be fool by the classic appearance, the workmanship is lousy. What make the brand worse is the bad customer service experience. There are other better choices in the retail markets.

Very poor quality shoes. My shoe soles completely disintegrated and cracked after very light use for 3 years (wore abt 2 times a year). And I’m not referring to the glue disintegrating. It’s the full bottom of the soles cracking and render the shoes useless and irrepairable. Shockingly bad quality for the price paid.

Lady at the counter didn’t even bother to look up. She was so rude and replied to every question in a blunt manner. When we left we told her it would be nice if she could talk to us sweetly but she didn’t even bother to look our way and apologise. Maybe the staff lacks training or interest but this needs to be rectified.
