Even in hard times, they never cut back on their service staff. The staff are really polite and nice and attentive, even if you don't buy anything, the staff still offer advise and also provided product knowledge on the boutique items. Very professional. Surely a place I would recommend my friends to come to do their shopping.

Annie serviced me when I went to Paragon outlet to request for hole punching service for my newly bought bag. She was very patient and offered a lot of advices as to the number of holes to punch wrt the length of the strap. Very polite and patient assistant.

Terrible customer service and arrogant. Last rolled her eyes when my sister was asking for colour options for the bags. Such a difference from the MBS shop.

Terrible Customer Service. My husband and I entered the store. We were not greeted by any of the sales associates, but were followed around as though we were going to steal something. I was completely turned off by this and would never give this store any of my business.

Absolutely terrible staff. They scoff at you if you try something and want to think about it. I caught a staff member saying something under his breath - avoid like the plague!
