An outstanding learning pasta making class with Chef Leon! I had a great time and learned so much about handmaking the dough and cooking pasta, it was very enjoyable and such a lovely experience!

20 Nov 2025, Delicious Bento class. Thank you Chef Keryn Yap for the tips to cook the ingredients. Also, for bringing the soft mats to roll the sushi and panda molds! No chance to use the panda mold. So I hand made a bunny!! Had so much fun & excitement! Thank you for Chef Karen who patiently prepared & portioned all the various raw ingredients, veg & cutlery for the execution of the programme! Also, my partner Hui Lin for great teamwork!

I’m absolutely delighted with my 3-day Peranakan course—what a rich and rewarding experience! I learned so much in just a few days, and the best part was having such a wonderful teacher Irene Ling. She’s articulate, has a great sense of humor, and teaches with patience and genuine care. We had so much fun throughout—truly unforgettable! 👍🏼

Joined the June Meat & Poultry Fabrication class led by Chefs Dylan, Irene and Leon - and I had so much fun! Great pacing of the class, engagement with participants, clear instructions and procedures :) Who knew fabricating an entire chicken could be such an interesting experience too. Also made friends with some fun loving seniors. Thanks again Chefs - you guys were great! Hope to back for more :)

A very good cooking class for people who like to learn Authentic Peranakan Cuisine within a short span of 4 lessons. This includes the technical skills and the cooking science knowledge to put together the required ingredients for each individual dish. At the end of the 4 lessons we are confident to practice what we have learned and able to share home cooked Authentic Peranakan Cuisine with friends and family. Three cheers to Chef Irene Ling and assistant chef Pamela who have done a great job!
