Because some friend said their chicken was good, so i decided to try. First, placed an order in their machine. Paid in cashier because i chose by cash. Then, wait till your number called.
Ordered a set platter which i got rice, drinks, one cajun fish and one chicken, for 7.90sgd. And a set of their chicken tenders (forgot with the price). For me, their chicken was quite good, not so special about it, but overall it was okay. Their cajun fish tasted okay too. The portion of fish and their rice was quite big, in the end i couldn't finish it myself.

I am a fan of Popeyes.. would have given it 5 stars but sadly I had to wait for 25 mins to get my chicken. You might be puzzled thinking why 4 stars even though the waiting time was long.. yes, If you have seen my other reviews, I am not that generous when I have to wait that Long..
Why is this different? It was clear that they were understaffed, it was obvious that the old lady was trying her best to serve us quickly at her peace.. and of course through out it all the two ladies in the counter was professional and kind. That is something that was missing in my previous experiences!
Why 4 & not 5.. ehh cause it is a fast food establishment? Haha.. will still go back to this place!!

Highly recommended. This is place is heaven when it comes to their fried chicken and this place has a great ambiance and the foods are delicious in a low price! Also I really like their spicy chicken. Their one bucket of chicken was completely insane and we hardly finished is because the chicken was so delicious and you'll get full in a short time. The drinks were also awesome and the sauce compliments with the fried chicken

The amount of people was sparse at around 5pm, good amount of dining space for each diner. However, there was a hawk like man pacing around the restaurant which was mildly irritating. The chicken although crispy was lacklustre in its spices and a little dry. Please do not eat here!

One of the best fried chicken in Singapore (amongst other chains like KFC, Arnold's & Texas Chicken). I always go for the chicken tenders and the hot and spicy here. The mild chicken is pretty meh. Not too crouded in this location and plenty of ways to get good sets deals (Promo Codes, Store Promotions and seasonal deals). Overall, recommended for a good and affordable place to eat around when around the Orchard Road area.
