I just bought a fish burger from Popeyes and was shocked to find mould on the bun, which I only noticed on my last bite. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, as food safety should be a top priority.
I expect much better quality control from a major food chain. I hope the management investigates this seriously and takes steps to ensure fresher products are served to customers. I would appreciate a response and reassurance that this won’t happen again!

I ordered crispy chicken, but it was raw inside. When I pointed this out, the staff member claimed that raw chicken would contain blood. As a chef, I am fully aware of the difference between properly cooked and undercooked chicken.Kindly improve your quality.Thank you.

I ordered food to eat in and ended up waiting forever. Delivery orders were clearly being prioritized. My order was only processed after I asked again. Very poor service. The tables were covered with trays and empty packaging — I even had to clean our table myself. Definitely not coming back.

The place is a bit depressing. Could use some updating. It feels old and greasy. You order at the machine and pick up at the counter. You dont have to interact at all with the servers except at pickup. They just call your number and you pick up your food. The wait is longer than expected even though there was only one order ahead of mine. My chicken sandwich was small and not hot. Fries were warm. I am no expert but I think they need to improve quality and efficiency. I would love to come again if they improved.

After hearing all the rave reviews from the US, we were excited to try Popeyes Singapore – and it delivered on some fronts. The chicken sandwiches were a real standout: tender, bursting with flavor, and served on fresh, soft buns. The chips were well-seasoned, though they came off a bit soggy and lukewarm, and the extra free sauces were a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the crispy biscuit with jam.
On the downside, the signature chicken piece was mostly dry, and the hazelnut chocolate soft serve lacked a genuine hazelnut flavor, coming across more like a standard chocolate soft serve. The nonya chicken didn’t impress either, and while the nonya pineapple drink was refreshing, it needed a good stir since most of the syrup settled at the bottom.
Adding to the mixed experience, a looping soundtrack played continuously at each location, which was quite annoying.

We have been waiting for our meal but the cashier handed over only fries and drinks after 10 mins. Now, it has been almost 15 mins and burgers haven’t arrived yet. Also, the cashier Mariyam is very rude and not hospitable. Upon confrontation, she did’t bother to offer proper answers to my questions. Worst Service.

Alright, so I popped in on a Friday around 5 PM and ordered the curry cereal chicken set.
Honestly, the chicken was a bit wet and not that crispy, which was a bummer. And the bandung fizzy pop that came with the set tasted just like regular soda, not that nice pink color like in the ad. What I got looked almost transparent!
Service was pretty quick though, which was good. However I think the staffs didn't seem to be cleaning up the tables much (the tables were so dirty with leftover food) even though it wasn't a super crowded day.

Terrible. Tastes absolutely nothing like Popeyes anywhere else.
Soggy, cold, dry chicken burger and fish burger.
Fries cold, dry and not enough seasoning.
Somehow the soda was also completely awful, balance of syrup and water way off. Milo also extremely watery.
Mash was disgusting. Artificial flavoured, gravy was completely and utterly bastardised.
Only saving grace was the fried chicken which was hot, crispy and actually tasted better than the US.
Whoever is running Popeyes in Singapore needs to step it up, this is unacceptable.

Crazy busy spot, so plan to be patient. Was craving a taste of home so I popped in, the fry felt undercooked and a bit flour-y after a 15 minute wait for tenders. For the job done but not a great experience.
