Found a bag that I really loved but didn't buy it in the end. But happy that I got a chance to try it on! Overall the service was very good and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. A number of people were having coffee and I look forward to try it some day. Good idea to open a coffee store as opposed to having the doors closed up. Now there is more human traffic and social vibes at the site. Two thumbs up to the RL outlet at Shaw.

I am writing to share feedback about a disappointing experience at this store.
My husband and I were browsing for his birthday and requested an XS size shirt from one of your sales staff— skinny guy with glasses working night shift on 20th September. We were made to wait several minutes with no update, and when we tried to follow up, the staff member seemed to have forgotten our request. Eventually, he recalled we wanted the blue long-sleeve sports shirt, which we purchased—but the entire interaction left a very negative impression.
The atmosphere in the store was unwelcoming, and the service from this particular staff member was far below expectation. It was, frankly, the worst customer service I have encountered in any of RL stores. As a result, we have decided not to return to this branch.
For contrast, earlier that same day I shopped at RL Tangs outlet, where Louise assisted me. She was professional, attentive, and provided an excellent customer experience. I encourage you to look into her approach as a benchmark for service standards.

had a good dining experience here at ralph’s coffee! got a classic hot black and it was perfect for the cold rainy day, staff were so courteous and welcoming and so pleasant as well! seats were limited but enough for all customers and seats are very comfortable as well!

I had a great customer experience at this branch. Farhad and Narissa were the salespersons. I highly commend them!! They gave good insights on how to take care of the bag and were transparent to manage expectations on stock availability and variety of colors,sizes.

I used to go to PRL at takashimaya usually, but decided to try this one. Very nice place to shop with their cafe. Went to buy a belt for my husband and I received a great service from Rex. Even though my husband’s size wasn’t not available from the selected style which I really loved, Rex offered me to try the next size because his waist was the same size as my husband’s. Thank you for your welcoming service. Will continue to shop here.

One of the bigger Ralph Lauren stores in sg. Bought a nice shirt here. The staff are quite knowledgable and also service was great and also advised on how to signup as a member to receive earlier offers and discounts
On the day there were also a range of items on discount which is great

My experience of shopping in this particular store, has been nothing but the best service so far.
The salespersons are professional and they will remember you when you return again. Which I like.
On year end season, during one of my purchases over there, they even gifted me a set of dessert. The range of the RL products are extensive over there.
