Pizza Express has been one of our regular spots, and we generally enjoy dining here. The staff are always nice and friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are a couple of points that could be improved. We felt there could have been more cheese on the pizzas, especially the Margherita, considering it's a firm favourite with kids. Also, for the half-and-half pizzas, it would be great if there was more flexibility; currently, you can only choose from set options rather than being able to pick any two halves from the menu. A heads-up for future diners: seating can be limited, so it's definitely best to book in advance to secure a table.

The pizza crust is really very thin, and as such, the pizza is quite wet compared to usual. Perhaps the thin crust is not able to absorb the juices from the ingredients. The dough balls are nice and chewy. Overall, for a lunch set, it is still pricey, considering the quality and quantity. The set lunch was supposed to be 15 bucks, with 5 bucks add-on depending on the choice of pizza, and after tax and service charge it was about 25 bucks overall. Service is just basic. I thought when we wanted to leave, the manager should attend to our bill first and not clear the table first, which left us waiting at the counter.

A bit pricey for a casual pizza diner. I would always order the Linguine Gamberoni al Aglio Olio—the flavours are balanced, prawns are fresh, and it's just so tasty! My kid and I love the Doughballs with garlic butter—they're always not enough (so yummy!). Pizza-wise, we love the American and Hot Honey. We also love a good Hawaiian, but the Hawaii-not at Pizza Express is just weird—cream sauce does not go well on a Hawaiian pizza. I'm not sure if they still have the kids' menu. To keep kids busy, they provided crayons, colouring paper and a chef/cook's paper hat for every kid. Mine loved the whole setup when he was a toddler. If they still do, this is a nice place to bring the kids. Spacious, things to keep them busy, and fairly near the restroom. I also love the plush booth seats. Service is good. No complaints there.

Their lunch set was $15.60++. A choice of salad or dough ball, main dish pizza or pasta and 1 ice lemon tea. The food was served shortly and the manager is very efficient. The restaurant is cozy and cold for me. I love their pizza, thin crust and taste yummy. Overall, pizza express was one of my favourite pizza place.
