First time in Singapore and Pixie Nail Orchard road. At the frontdoor we agreed that the price for manicure/pedicure would be 150SGD. But at the end I needed to pay 365,62SGD. I did not agree but they were very agressive and said to me that it was due to a nail problem and gel that they used. Sorry but even in Belgium 241,36€ is a lot of money to do your nails. I will never come here and also heard during the treatment of another client they tried to do the same. Be very carefull and do not agree with what they offer. A price is fixed accept if you changed your mind. I was not happy with the service and even at the end I needed to pay Service taxe extra 😡

TL;DR -- hidden charges, not listening to customer's requests, sales pressure.
Wanted to try this because it was so empty and I found out why it's empty. I had asked for the price of the service I wanted (express mani) in advance.
Only when I got there and had sat down to start my service did they inform me of extra hidden charges. I asked for a round shape to protect my nail beds but the nail tech insisted on an almond shape because "it looks better". Also I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a gel manicure instead and I had to say no, no, no. The job itself was okay but I've had better at other salons which cost less. Overall a bad experience, will not return.

Warning: Avoid this nail salon! I initially visited to remove my gel nails and was convinced to purchase a membership package with promises of free removal, cut, and shape. However, every subsequent visit to different branches resulted in unpleasant experiences.
The pricing is unreasonable, with additional charges for services like removal ($35) and gel nail colors (up to $88 extra for cat eye). The service is also subpar, with rushed nail technicians who don't prioritize customer comfort.
As a member, I expected better treatment and more inclusive services. Instead, I feel like I'm being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. The value for money is poor, and I'm regretting my purchase. Don’t waste your hardworking money here.

I've consistently had a great experience with the service here! The team always delivers a warm welcome, and the atmosphere is clean, calm, and relaxing — exactly what you'd want from a nail salon.
The nail technicians (Pei Pei & Alice, but really all of them!) are professional, gentle, and clearly skilled. I've been returning for my usual gel mani/pedi fix and the team has been on point with meeting the expectations of my requests. They do a great job.
I especially appreciate how hygienic everything is — tools are sanitised, and single-use items were used when necessary. The whole experience feels very safe and comfortable.
Overall, I usually leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend Pixie Nails if you're in the Orchard area and looking for quality service in a lovely setting!

My girlfriend brought me here to do pedicure, to remove dead skin. This is my first time and its a good experience. Service is good. Staff are friendly and attentive👍👍👍 Will come again …
