This place is pretty run down. It’s not a very pleasant sight. Even though this plc was empty on a sat night, we didnt stay long.

May have been a nice place a few year ago, but now it’s run down, most activities are broken, and it’s overpriced. Staff are very minimal effort and place still has Christmas decorations up in May. Feels like it’s being held togetherness with duck tape and is just a bunch of random toys. Most of the play area is divided into 2 heights (upstairs and ground level), both of which are very uncomfortable for caregivers to be in and requires you to ‘crawl’ around with your kids. I didn’t feel my kid was very safe playing here with lights being touchable in the upstairs area and little corners for kids to be stuck in (where staff had stacked broken toys).

Extremely cramped and poorly maintained. It feels like every inch of space is being squeezed for profit, with little regard for comfort or safety, even the steps were held together with duct tape. The entire place was dirty, and the toys were old, worn out, and clearly neglected.

We recently held our corporate event at Pirateland, and it was such a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The children had a blast with the wide variety of play areas and activities — there was more than enough to keep them happily entertained. It was a nice add on to have a VR games section, which was a big hit with the older boys — they couldn’t get enough of it! Thank you to the wonderful staff for helping us host such a memorable day! 🥳

Old but well-kept and very reasonably priced – a real gem for little ones! My 2-year-old had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. The lovely receptionist made us feel right at home. It may not be shiny and new, but it’s safe, clean, and full of fun. We’ll definitely be back for more playtime!

Pirate Land is quite a good place for children younger than 5 years old. It's not big so it's easier to manage the lil ones. Toys are slightly dated and damaged... but it's tolerable. Overall a nice experience.

Been coming here every other week since my baby was less than a year old. She loved it. Really suitable for young kids and babies. Each time I come, my girl finds something new to play with to match her developmental stage. The place is well maintained and not dirty. There was once the ballpit felt extremely dusty but that was it. The older female staff is quite nice, and I enjoy patronizing this place. Update: Revisited the place recently and found the toys had greatly reduced. It's a pity as there was a much greater variety before that. That happened when the younger counter ladies were there and they were really cold/unfriendly. I returned on another day and the older counter lady was there and the toys were out, kids had a lot of fun. Kudos to her for allowing the kids to play and not hiding the toys. I will only visit if this staff is here else I won't bother coming.

conveniently located at centrepoint level four. plenty to keep them busy for at least 2-4 hours. staffs were friendly, helpful and dispensed to make sure everyone (adult and kid) used hand sanitiser before entering. saw the staff cleaning and tidying every other hour but it’s probably hard to keep up with our kiddos :))
