Uncle did not correct me when I asked if it is pork. Turns out to be braised beancurd skin. Total cost is $5.10.

Had dinner here & was pleasantly surprised by the value. For just $3.10, I got a plate of rice with sweet sour pork & bitter gourd scrambled eggs. Both dishes were tasty & the portions were generous. The sweet sour pork was tender with a nice tangy sauce, while the bitter gourd was well-cooked & not overly bitter. Great spot for a quick, satisfying & budget-friendly meal in town.
