*** All the 5 star reviewers got $10 Starbucks voucher from Perfect Aesthetics to leave a 5 star review. So just imagine. This place is the worst aesthetic place I have ever visited. I have been to several clinics, aesthetic parlours and the bare minimum they do, is render the paid service and then try to sell package. The doctor rushes doesnt show any care or concer or professionalism, uninterested about the clients (probably overworked) and all the staffs treat you like walking atms. They hardsell all their packages and will never reveal the actual objective of each treatment. They will pluck all sorts of info from the sky and spin tales to clients and coerce them to sign a package. Their easy targets are people who don't do research and old people. Because I am quite knowledgeable of certain treatments, I didn't sign their unnecessary and pointless treatments. They will lie to you that a certain treatment can even make solve certain issues that u mention. But total exaggeration. The consultants usually just wing it when they talk to you. They always say, this or that is better for you better for u good for you. But deep down they know its not true nor factual. Even if you paid a lot of money, they will still make u wait for a long time for every slot (despite booking appointments) and good luck trying to book an appointment in the first place. Always full. They don't respect their customers and their time. I booked a doctor procedure and it was poorly done. They don't even use full energy. They try to force u to sign double the sessions u need, but minimal to no improvement. Take your money and spend it at an actual doctor/clinic. Don't waste your money here. Don't waste your time here. Learn from my mistake. I spend thousands and no result and poor service. I really needed a laser treatment and when I tried their trial, they used only half energy and they let you leave without spf. And it cost 68$. Sanitary wise... they don't sanitize or change the bed cover in between patients. They are so gross. The lobby looks pretty but inside really no standard.

29 Nov 2022 - Perfect Aesthetics Perfect Aesthetics is the name used in their Promotion for $28 Cyro Eyebag Removal Trial. Having made an appointment, arrived on time at Level 13th Wisma Atria and yet can't find the shop. Both Perfect Medical Clinic & New Beauty occupied the whole 13th level as a single operator is also known as Perfect Aesthetics too(but you will not see any signage). This is the first red flag, as Branding takes years to build, so which is the one that they are trying to hide? Or is it PMC already bad rep and they are covering it up by using PA? 2nd red flag was that they can't find my appointment made via their own online promotion portal. I needed to show them the email confirmation I received to proof that I indeed made an appointment. Only to refill all data and wait . . wait . . While waiting, decided to check out Perfect Medical reviews in Google. It was pretty bad when you read those 1star reviews, especially C. Celest's. Having paid $2800 and went through 24 session without any improvement is really a joke/scam. I do not agree with all 1 star rating though, simply bcos I know this is a Trial and there will be upsell packages post treatment - and I'm fine with it. What I'm taken aback is that the Trial is payable @ $28 YET you only get about 15mins versus the 45mins per session(read from other reviews) if you do sign-up ultimately. So are you telling me a 1/3 Trial work as effective as a full session, so why the full session then? This is very unprofessional work ethics. Is purely a marketing plot to lure clients. A trial is really an opportunity for a client to assess for himself/herself the spectrum of service provided and the post treatment effect. People who dare to step into such establishment have the means to pay, but do not take us as idiots and as un-informed consumers. You can always charge in full per session trial, or if you are really confident of your effect, gives free trial. Do Not Lie & Cheat just for money!!! 30mins passed - all I heard is the receptionist constant paging for any staff (via their intercom) who is free to attend to my case. She also loudly exclaims in the lobby that I was there for a $28 Trial as though to shame and pressure you. Such sales tactics is very low class. Stood up, and told them I would like to cancel my appt. and I walked off. Go at your own risk.

Worst aesthetic clinic I have ever been to. I made an appointment in advance and arrived at the clinic, only to be informed that they had no doctors available to proceed with my requested treatment. This was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, they didnt seem apologetic about the situation nor offer any sort of compensation. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got to agree with those 1 star review! Total scam. Basically just want fast monies with no service. You can feel it the minute you go there… no greetings, no courtesy, only want your cash… supposed to be a free trial, then tell me no effect on me and proposed another treatment which cost $200. Fine. I try… I felt I am cheated. Really free trial is a bait to lure you down. But I am cool enough to reject their package which is expected. Fellows, read reviews from those who experienced before you make a decision. I went without reading and true enough, there is a reason why there are 1 star ⭐️ reviews given here.

Really regret not checking out Google review before making appointment at this place. Firstly I was made to wait at the counter for more than 20 mins for the consultant. Secondly, the said consultant didn't bring me to a consultation room, she bought me into a treatment room, there were no measurement done at all. Using her bare hands to touch my tummy, she is able to tell me that the free trial I have signed up is not going to work for me and ask me to pay almost 200 for a special trial of another treatment. I ran out of the room as fast as I could and feedback to the whatsapp number where I booked my appointments were ignored. Please do not even make an attempt to go to this place!

Went for the treatment to reduce eye bag but cannot see the difference after doing 24 sessions with them weekly!!!! The consultant promised that I can definitely see improvements after 6 or more sessions but after 24 sessions, I felt cheated and disappointed. My therapist is Jessica who is friendly and provides good service, other than that, I will not recommend as I wasted my money on a package that I don’t see much effect. Wasted my weekly time and money. The management should not sell packages that doesn’t work. I could have used the money to do filler or other better treatment that will seriously reduce eyebag. Totally disappointed with them.

For now in my 5 session of eye bag treatment, I didn’t see a good improvement ..I still have 5 more sessions left and hope that I can see an amazing result after completing 10 sessions as what Angel (the consultant ) offering during my first visit. About my therapist Kelly, she’s doing well, very approachable and she can communicate nicely to me while treatment is ongoing. Thanks Kelly!

Sandra was my beautician, was nice and gave me good tips on how to take care of my skin. However, Environment was quite rushing, beauticians running from room to room and speaking everywhere. Not a place for relaxation. The consultant also tried to up-sell me a lot. Based on other reviews, their $2800 was for 24 sessions whereas the consultant tried to sell me $2800 for 12 sessions. Unfortunately , I only learned about this later, hopefully this review will be able to help someone out knowing the price they should pay for.

Went for their i-Genius Eyebag treatment to help with my dark eye circles — supposed to begin at 11:00 am, and I reached earlier to fill up the usual forms for first timers, then waited a good 25 mins to be brought into the consultation room where the consultant (Kumia if I remember correctly) shared about the treatment for a good 10 mins then told me I had to wait another 10-15 mins for the machine. After waiting another 15 mins finally went in for treatment at 11:45am for a 15 mins treatment that included more waiting time and photograph taking for before/after shots. Anyway, had such a bad experience so I refused to pay for additional treatments and package (but I did see improvements — but got deterred by the bad reviews this place has received regarding the treatments’ subsequent effectiveness). The consultant was so rude about it after I said I didn’t want to get and she just kept repeating “$300 you also don’t have?” in Chinese, then proceeded to up and left the room leaving me inside after I firmly said I didn’t want to pay for it lol. Still said as she walked off that I wasted time and effort for just one trial session might as well don’t. Seriously bad experience with the customer service. Go at your own discretion.
