The staff member, an auntie named Wong, had an extremely poor attitude. She spoke too quickly, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she became irritated and snapped her reply at me. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable — customers should not have to tolerate such disrespectful service.

bad service from the staff. ordered additional egg once previously and didn’t get it so i clarified for my next purchase if they put the egg in, and the staff were so rude and dismissive about it. was not expecting 10/10 service from a food court store but basic respect and courtesy would be good, since they are getting paid for doing their jobs.

I would give no star if possible. I ordered beef pepper rice for take away. When I got home I opened the box and there was only white rice mixed with corns and an egg. No sauce, no pepper and most importantly no beef! And I got charged 30 cents for take away too. The company should question the 2 ladies that worked the shift on 31 March 2025 at 4pm. How can they made such a terrible mistake? They are not fit for the job.

Pretty disappointed with the food from this Pepper Kitchen, I honestly thought it was going to be better than back home in Aus but boy was I wrong. The food was just really bland with no real flavour.

I aldrealy say no souce. Cos i can’t eat so salty! Your source very salty and not nice they still throw in the rice as water like that. I got see they say no have till i angry throw all the rice they throw the souce . They aldrealy confirm when i oder then liek that and also chase me go away like scold like that ! So many times till i can’t take it

I put my budget oriented-self to one side and ordered the $17.50 rib eye steak meal. Came with shredded cabbage, a couple of string beans, some corn, and a small bowl of rice. It’s prepared behind a glass screen. And when it came, there’s only fork and spoon as cutlery options. When I questioned if I could have a knife, the lady replied it’s cut into strips already. Oh well, I oblige. Steak was tender, but was on the thin- cut side. Sauces were nice, but I liked the natural beefy taste. Not cheap, but good for mid quality treat. Not terrible and definitely satisfies a steak craving for a once in a while occasion.

We ate at the pepper steak at Marina Sands and thought it’d be the same/similar We ordered rib eye steak It’s 4/5 not as good as the MBS as I expected it to be Mashed potato ok out of box with ok gravy 2/5 yep Corn from can 2/5 I don’t care The cabbage was fresh4/5 Egg good4/5

I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the lady at the counter and the lady who served me my food (salmon and chicken pepper rice) today at lunchtime. They exuded an amazing friendliness and the food tasted awesome.
