My first purchase at Pedro. Bought the Holly double monk shoes at 10% discount if total spend is $150 or above. The shoes cost less than that but I also bought the dress socks and shoe polish to make up the balance. Nero attended to me and I was happy with the customer service. I also signed up to Pedro membership to accumulate points.

Visiting Pedro wisma few days ago, meeting Jonathan who was very approachable and friendly. Ended up had a good chat with him regards of selecting a good bag that matched my needs and this service truly excellent that Pedro had. Truly appreciated him and made my day. What a sweet Goodman!

Bought a pair of sandals at this outlet. My sizing wasn't avail so had to opt for FOC delivery. Was told 2 - 3 days. But shipment delayed for abt 2 days and no one bothered to call and update.

Was pleasantly surprised by how warm and helpful the service of this place is. A lady ensured I was being attended to. A tall bespectacled guy went above and beyond, walking to the Ion branch to get me the pair of shoes that they did not have my size for. He recommended the friction pads for my shoes and I purchased a spray that repels water. He put on the friction pads and sprayed the shoes for me too.. I ended up purchasing more than required but I felt his service was impeccable. 😊

1st Aug walk into the store saw 1 guy n 1 China lady I think. 10.30am no customer..both treated me invisible. No hi nothing. Both bz with their conversation. .I guess pedro prefer to employed foreigners to fulfill long hours but no interest in their work..
