Known for their pastry, the millefeuille and croissant are delicious. The coffee are good with the grand cafe creme and latte. Service and ambience are good. Not the first time here and definitely will come more often

Dropped by PAUL Paragon and had a really pleasant experience overall. The pastries were fresh, the food was solid, but the coffee was what impressed me most, smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Definitely not an afterthought here. Special shoutout to Kirin, the head barista and manager. You can tell immediately that he knows his coffee and genuinely enjoys what he does. He took the time to explain things clearly, made thoughtful recommendations, and brought a really warm, welcoming energy to the space. Service like that makes a big difference. The whole place felt well-run and comfortable because of it. Would happily come back again (and again).

Yum but a bit pricey. Ordered a buttery biscuit and waffles with icecream. The macarons that came with the waffle was a bit chewy. The vanilla icecream was too good but chocolate fell short in terms of flavour. There was a seasonal item in the menu which is the Ferraro rocher eclair, super delicious, hope they bring it to usual menu.

Stopped by Paul at Paragon for a coffee break after shopping and had a lovely experience. We ordered the café / The Surprise set along with the Millefeuille Nature and Tartelette aux Fraises — everything was delightful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Special mention to Hamidah for her attentive and friendly service, which made our break even more enjoyable. A perfect spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy good coffee and pastries. Will definitely return again.

This is already my many-th time visiting. Every now and then I crave their brunch and afternoon tea. The brunch menu is extensive and the portions are generous — always impressive. This time I tried a new pancake dish, which was just okay, but everything else was as good as always. Definitely a great spot for brunch or afternoon tea!

*BEWARE OF COCKROACHES* Was there on Sun 16 Nov. When I looked up after checking my mobile, there was a small cockroach on my plate. I managed to smash it. Thankfully I had finished eating. Requested the server to remove the dead cockroach from my table and ask for the manager. He was at the cashier and there were no customers there at all. Guess he must be too busy to drop by my table (Table 5) cos I waited and nothing happened. Requested another server to again let the manager know I wish to speak with him. Apparently the manager is Sham. This time he came to my table. When I showed him the photo and video of the cockroach (removed earlier by the server), he merely said the cockroach came from outside and not from inside his restaurant. Shocking response. No apologies at all ! Did not even mention they will clean the place and make sure it doesn’t happen again. He only apologized when I called him out for his behavior. Terrible customer service. By the way I later found in past Google reviews someone else had (7 months ago) complained about the live cockroach among the pastries and another person complained about live bugs in the chilli flakes (6 months ago) at this same paragon outlet. Seems this place is pest infected from many months ago ! Have included screenshots of those two reviews and complains about bugs I cited above. Anyway when I went to settle my bill, the manager then said he will waive it. I refused his offer and paid for my meal. My reason for raising this complaint is NOT because I want a free meal. Customers deserve to eat in a pest free environment. When there are pests, management should at least apologize and at least assure customers they will make sure it doesn’t happen again by cleaning the place thoroughly. Don’t merely give a lame excuse that the cockroach came from outside his restaurant. Very disappointing experience.

Had dinner here, got the steak and egg all day breakfast and it was pretty yummy! I did ask for the steak to be medium but it seems to be more cooked than that. Despite that it was still pretty enjoyable. The shrimp bisque was a little watery but taste was still decent.

PAUL is always working, and the quality is always good. You know what you get! It’s great for breakfast, lunch or coffee with some pastry. They also have some nice bread to bring home, and croissants.

An oasis in the Paragon centre, eschew the food hall and instead head up to level 1 and “Paul’s”. The coffee was superb (perhaps equal to the best we’ve had in Singapore) and we sat outside and tucked into Croque’s (sans eggs) and they were terrific too. It quiet after Orchard Roads madness - try it you won’t be disappointed !

Food was a huge disappointment . Ordered the avocado poached eggs on toasted brioche. Eggs ain’t the best, brioche was terrible. Had some of the brioche and I just left it aside. It was So dense, tough and chewy. Feels like bread in the fridge for a couple of days. It was so bad that I highlighted to the server . Saving grace was the service. Manager ( can’t rem his name) immediately approached me to ask if I would like to change it to sourdough or another bread of my preference, told him 1 slice of sourdough is good enuf, he served me a few slices with butter on the side. Place was crowded but he still approached me thereafter to check if the sourdough was alright. Service recovery was fantastic.
