Truly class and the pinnacle in terms of customer service standards and an exceptional tech team. I really appreciate the help rendered to my watch, though a minor issue, the watch techincians went out of their way to help resolve it in the most efficient way. 🙏🏻 Amazing client consultant team, felt most welcomed, at ease and superb follow ups. 💯

From the moment I stepped into the Patek Philippe Service Center, I was met with exceptional service, especially from Ms. Claris Tan. Despite arriving without an appointment, I was promptly attended to with care and professionalism. Ms. Claris’s attention to detail was remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire service process for my watch, ensuring that all my questions were answered. She even guided me into a private room where she went over every aspect of the service, including a clear breakdown of the costs, setting clear expectations for the work to be done and the collection timeline. The hospitality added an extra touch – I was offered a refreshing coffee, and the whole experience felt personalized and genuine. This level of customer care is truly rare, and it left a lasting impression on me. I will certainly be returning for all my future Patek Philippe servicing needs.
