Simon has given probably the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in with glasses that I got elsewhere and the prescription wasn’t fully accurate but I couldn’t understand what the issue was. He really took a long long time to slowly figure out what was the issue, answering all my questions and explained his reasoning behind the best course of action.

My sister and I visited Paris Miki at Takashimaya Ngee Ann City on 12 Sep 2025 to update our spectacles following a hospital review that indicated significant prescription changes.
We were served by Ms. Anna, a highly professional and experienced optometrist who conducted our eye assessments with precision and care. She provided practical recommendations, including retaining my sister’s Lindberg frame while updating only the lenses.
For my own pair, Ms. Anna offered expert guidance in selecting a frame that complemented my features, leading me to choose a classic black Gucci frame for a refined and professional look.
We are very satisfied with the outcome and the comfort provided by the anti-fatigue lenses. I highly commend Ms. Anna from Paris Miki at Takashimaya Ngee Ann City for her professionalism, expertise, and quality service.

I have been served by Li Ning for many years and can certainly vouched for her excellent customer service. She is very attentive to customer's feedback. You feel assured that your needs are well attended to.
She has a good knowledge of the different type of lenses available and will not hesitate to share the kmowledge. This helps the customer to select a suitable lens to suit the customer's needs.

I had a positive experience during my visit to the store. The staff were helpful and patient, and the service was excellent. They carry a nice selection of premium frames, which made it easy to find something I really liked. My new glasses fit well and the lenses were perfect. A special shoutout to Nurul for her help throughout the process. I'll be returning soon for another pair.

I don’t usually write Google reviews but I felt that the excellent service I received from Xiang Ning at Paris Miki Takashimaya on 13/12/25 deserved recognition. She was attentive, friendly and patient in assisting me with my first pair of optical glasses, making my first shopping experience at your Takashimaya outlet a truly pleasant one.

Not sure how Paris Miki managed to get best service award for 2025/2026, because when i went to the store the sales woman just stared at me in silence from the side while i tried on a few specs frames. there was 'no hello how are you doing' 'can i recommend you some frames etc ', instead she gave me the vibe like she wasn't keen for me to try the frames. there were also 3 other staff members just sitting around not serving any customers so it's a real mystery how they got the award.
also the frames are mostly all $600-1k per frame, so if thats ur budget then this is the place for you. i asked if they carried the other japanese brands which i heard my friend say they do n its on the reasonably priced end, but looks like this outlet does not.
