Terrible service. I had an MRI appointment referred by SGH. All the staff were not friendly at all - those who were at the registration and those who attended patients before and after the scan. Instructions were not clear. Didn’t ask about well being. Out of all of the staff, only 1 was kind and friendly. She escorted me before my scan but she had to leave for lunch afterwards. Medical centres should have more staff like her who cares about people and their wellbeing. I do not recommend anyone to come here at all.

I had an exceptional experience at Paragon Medical, and I cannot recommend this facility highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, efficient, and professional. There was no waiting time—a rarity in medical settings—and the entire process was remarkably fast and smooth. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Dr. Choo, whose warmth and dedication to patient care truly set the tone for the outstanding service we received. To top it all off, I was honored to meet His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim of Johor, Malaysia—an unexpected and memorable highlight of our visit. The staff at Paragon Medical were phenomenal, particularly the Senior Radiographer, Mr Joel who performed my wife’s MRI. It was her first time undergoing an MRI, and she was understandably nervous and a little claustrophobic. Joel was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring, helping to ease her fears and making the experience comfortable and stress-free. Paragon Medical exemplifies top-tier healthcare with its blend of efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional medical services. Thank you, Dr. Choo and team, for an unforgettable experience!

05/07/2025 - no one follow up with me. 04/072025 - I on my duty to deliver parcel to clinic. There is no slot for rider to park their vehicle. Management is radiculous. Only allow big vehicle to deliver item and not even arrange rider to have slot to park and deliver item to clinic. If no parking will result in rider getting summon by LTA. This have to take necessary action. Due to deliver the item to clinic, I have to scolded by security. Is it fair to the rider for taking life on the road to deliver item to clinic to make their work faster? I hope to have an action on this and let me know what would you do on this issue.

The staff has no manner, and unfriendly if you are local. Then they should not open in Singapore the staff is racist against local. Why Singapore medical have this kind of operator here.

Was at the paragon medical centre lobby E and F, all lifts down since 9am till 1120am. Such a big medical centre has no other alternatives for patients to reach level 12 or 13, and the security or nurses asked the patients to walk up, ridiculous when the patient can't even walk at all. Disappointed, should always put yourselves on the shoes of the patients

at Dr yeo seem huat, his young lady staff has no manner, and unfriendly i ask the doctor about how many medicine will be given, the doctor tell to ask his employee in front desk, but when i ask the lady in front, she is unfriendly and said she dont know what i consult about so she cant explain what the medicine for. the young lady in front is not friendly, the doctor give many medicine without proper explanation about the medicine and blame me why i dont ask the doctor with unfriendlu manner. its not that we dont believe the doctor but giving 5 medicine per day for my 70 years old parent, i think i have to get proper explanation.

I went for a chest x-ray, at the counter when I asked how long will it take I was told that within 30min everything will be completed. After an hour I was told it would be only 20min more. Ultimately it took 3 hours for me to get the xray. Only after I insisted that I would be leaving they took me to the xray

My wife went to lobby E for skin specialist, then the skin specialist doctor refer her to do ultrasound scan at lobby C. At lobby C, ultrasound doctor said don't know what to do, then ask my wife what to scan. It was because they call to lobby E, nobody answered. It was so funny where my wife has to tell doctor what to scan, how to cure? So disappointed to Singapore medical system. So old style rely on fixed line phone call to comminicate.

Doctors quite nice, quick and chill, waiting time isn’t that bad, just that registering for the x ray is a bit chaotic and waiting there is agonising, overall not bad though could be improved especially registering at x ray
