Dining in Paradise Dynasty - Wisma Atria had exceeded all expectations. The food were flavorful and well presented. Staffs are friendly, attentive and clear the empty plates fast. Service is excellent especially Lou Hui, she serves us very well. My daughter celebrated my birthday and she had got me a cake, when asked to bring out the cake after finishing our meal, Lou Hui said that she will get the chef to prepare Pumpkin in Pastry to celebrate the birthday. She even asked whose birthday and wishes me well. Very unexpected to have the pastry in wordings Happy Birthday which comes with her intiative without us asking. We enjoy our meal and would recommend our friends.

Made a reservation for 4pax. They sat us in the open area behind a huge pillar. It was difficult for the staff to see us when we were trying to get their attention. But when we did manage to catch their attention, their service was very good. When we told our waitress about this, she gifted us a bowl of dessert as "compensation", good service recovery. Food wise, quite delicious, we enjoyed all the dumpling dishes and the BBQ pork pies. The steamed drunken chicken recommended by the waitress was good too. The pork chop that came with the fried rice was salty and the skin for red bean dessert was a bit too thick.

Great dining experience here with my family. Served by the friendly service crew, Ms. Muhua. She was very attentive and polite. Tried their new menu dishes: Poached chicken in shanghai style, stir-fried shredded pork in sweet bean sauce served with chinese crepe & stir-fried shrimp in shanghai style; so delicious! Would definitely come back again, highly recommended! :)

Paradise group restaurants are usually consistent good, and this is no exception. Love their la mian and fried rice. Shared one each, and a xiao long bao with daughter for lunch. Was there slightly before their opening at 11am on a weekday and they seated us anyway. Food was great, service was good as well.

Nice deco, good for gatherings. Visited before during dinner time and enjoyed the main dishes. Revisited during tea time and found the dimsum very mini in size and not great. The dumpling lamian was the best part of this teatime meal. Tea is interesting and fragrant, not a common flavour! Great service, especially by the lady waitress who also mans the cashier :)

Come for afternoon tea from 3 to 5 and enjoy a 40% discount. The egg custard buns are not overly sweet. The original and cheese xiaolongbao are delicious and juicy. The black fungus salad is very crispy. The barbecued pork pastry is also very crispy and tasty. I was satisfied with almost everything I ordered. The only minor disappointment was that there was too much rice noodles in the cold mixed dish and I didn't see much seaweed or tofu. I hope this can be improved. But it's still very worthwhile!

The braised pork belly had nice glaze and was very tender. We also tried the Signature Pickled Fish, which had a nice spice kick. The Mashed Avocado is an acquired taste as it had a sweet Oreo topping that left our tastebuds confused.

Used my DBS card for the offer of 1 for 1 小笼包 deal, ordered the crab roe ones and got the regular set free. We were looking for an alternative to Din Tai Fung 小笼包 BUT these did not measure up. The crab roe ones were very fishy, no trace of ginger to cut the strong taste. I gagged on it. Even with the 1 for 1 offer, we will never return.

I visited Paradise Dynasty today and was quite disappointed with the dining experience. Although the restaurant was not busy, we still had to wait around 30 minutes for my food to be served. My family’s dishes arrived much earlier, but mine was only served much later. When I asked your staff, a lady named Theo, about the La Mian Marbled Beef, she told me the beef was stir-fried first before cooking and her response came across as rather impatient and dismissive. It gave me the impression that my question was not welcomed, even though I was simply trying to clarify how the dish was prepared. Do boiled noodles need to be stir-fried? As a customer, I believe it’s reasonable to ask such questions about the food. I hope the team can take this feedback constructively to improve future service interactions. Thank you for your attention and understanding from customer side.

Staff always welcoming, this is not my first time here in this outlet and they have consistently maintain their service level. i can understand when it get busy, they will be busy running around and they never once looks frustrated to me. Muhua who attended to me today was really good and friendly. the level of engagement is just at the right level, you would not feel like you’re being bombarded with tonnes of conversation. Food is always good. i really like their dumplings. their pork soup is also damn rich and nourishing.
