They listed a Black Titleist Player 5 bag on their website, labelled "new", with special discount at checkout. I ordered online, got full confirmation, and was billed. Only to have them call me and tell me that product was never available. Clearly dysfunctional online store. Would not trust the inventory listed on the website. Worst thing is I saw the same bag in the physical store at Isetan. But they say its another distributor? Very confusing outlet. I could've picked it up then and there, but now i need to spend more taxi money to go back. I only bought online cause they offered a sale price. Who would post a new product listing (for both colours) and then not have either in stock?
