Gwynes is such a gem. Her level of professionalism is outstanding just as much as her meticulousness. My longstanding in-grown nail issues can only be fixed by her patience and care. While there are thousands of nail parlours in Singapore, Painted Nail Bar is one of the few which ensures more than just excellent services, their well trained staff doesn’t simply rush the job in order to get more businesses in a day. This sort of delivery of care and patience for customers is hard to come by in this industry and they do not pressure (ever) customers to buy long term package. Another rarity.

Yuco is the reason that I stayed with Painted Nail Bar for my nail needs for the last few years! She is very meticulous with her nail work and is very creative with her nail art designs. I know that she took courses to upgrade herself so that she can always give the best to her clients.
Painted Nail Bar @ The Cathay is the chain’s new space (moved from Robertson Quay). This location is a lot more centralised and very accessible by public transport, which is a plus point!

Yuco always does an amazing job! She’s friendly, detailed, and really knows what she’s doing. The place is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. This has been my go-to spot for nails and I’m always happy with the results!

I have visited this outlet before back at its previous spot at Robertson Walk and once again, the service being brought by the team never fails to make me satisfied and hooked for another appointment in the future! Do note that this outlet is at the highest level of The Cathay — the ambience is very peaceful coupled with the salon's considerate design and layout for immense privacy with pretty linen walls and blinds, especially for the pedicure section to make you feel at ease and relaxed! Even with the signature 'A Slow Cup' being a partition apart, the overall experience is still memorable! ♥︎
