Store was closing last Saturday and despite, Allen still managed to prepare and cut my lenses working beyond the shop closing time. I am always impressed by the service of Owndays stuff wherever I go. Keep it up ! Ps - Give Allen and Shaun a raise as both being working OT and very hard!

We strongly recommend this branch. Really awesome Optometrists, and sales team. Professional. Courteous. Diligent. From the moment one stepped into the store, Anna welcome us warmly, smiles, and came to us, although the store is crowded during lunch hour! and listened intently our concerns. The Optometrists, Sze Mei, Priscillia, explained and make sure that we understand the tests results. Awesome. Thumbs up. Highly recommend this branch. (Been in to many branches, most recently, at JP for the 1+1 sales, didn't need, but just gotta have it since we love Owndays but hubby had to have his redone as there were no comprehensive eye tests done at JP then! )

My hubby & I visited Owndays at Takashimaya branch for the first time couple of months ago to purchase our prescription lens & were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lens & excellent customer services by both Jane & Wei Seng. We also noticed Jane's deep knowledge as an Optometrist & Optician, on top of her high emotional intelligence (e.g. her ability to predict our needs before we even said it & recommending what's best options, etc). Thank you to both Jane & Wei Seng for building our confidence in Owndays products & customer services!-:)

A 10/10 experience here at the Taka outlet. Much bigger and spacious than the Orchard ion walkway outlet. But the service by Gina Melody was fantastic. She was patient in addressing all my questions. Even the eye check didn’t feel rush. Professional, dedicated and heart felt sincerity. Keep it up Gina!
