A wonderful shopping experience enabled by Rafi. One can easily tell, he’s the kind of crew that serves with passion. From his warm welcome, to him engaging all walk-in customers as much as possible. He even sourced for answers from my partner’s technical questions on the down jacket he was looking for. As far as suggesting alternatives, making sure we know there are more options in the store. While at the same time, on a constant lookout as to what other customers might need his help on. We may not have immediate winter apparel needs but we sure know who to look for when it arises.

Both lady and gentleman who served me were very friendly and knowledgeable in the hiking shoes I was looking at. Most importantly, they were able to show me the shoes that match my budget. I am very impressed with this chain and have signed up as a member. This won't be my last purchase. Highly recommended!
