From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was exceptional. But what really stood out was the food. The appetizer platter was a true work of art. It was beautifully presented with a variety of small dishes that offered a range of flavors and textures. Each dish was carefully crafted with a mix of Chinese and Japanese ingredients that created a unique fusion of flavors. From the chicken, prawn, abalone, every bite was a delight. But my favorite part of the meal was the sashimi. The presentation alone was breathtaking, with a mix of colors and textures that were truly impressive. The fish was incredibly fresh and each piece was expertly sliced to maximize its flavor and texture. What I loved most was how the sashimi had Chinese and Japanese elements that blended together perfectly. The sauce had a unique texture to the traditional Japanese sashimi, creating a truly memorable dish. Overall, I would highly recommend ouroboros restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience.
