I visited Dr. Tio during one of his visits to Manila, where he was holding sessions in Akesis Center in Quezon City.
I had a highly unpleasant experience with Dr. Tio himself.
It started as Dr. Tio asked me to lay on my back so he could check my neck. I was admittedly tense coming into the session, as everytime he raised my head to check my neck I couldn’t relax enough and my head would either follow the lifting motion or resist the lifting of Dr. Tio.
Dr. Tio quickly became impatient and started muttering “you aren’t letting me help you” and “I don’t want your money if you will keep being like this.” Take note - I very patiently and gently apologized and told him I was making a conscious effort to relax and just to bear with me for a little longer.
He asked to take a break and we resumed shortly after, and not even a minute into trying again he got visibly infuriated and asked me to leave because he can’t help me anymore.
With my feelings being heightened at the time, I returned to Dr. David and told him I felt he was very rude to me, and he kept muttering the same line of me refusing to let me help him. It hadn’t even been a full 3 minutes inside the room and his demeanor towards me definitely didn’t help me relax either.
I am sure he’s a great doctor with great technical skill, but I cannot fathom swearing an oath to better people’s lives and then creating such a hostile environment for his patients. Great doctors aren’t always great people.

It's Osteopathic, not Chiropractic. Big difference in treatment appproach :-)
Back in 2000, I could barely walk after injuring my back. Hospitals couldn’t fix it for 3 years. I was so miserable. Then I met Dr. Tio, and in just one visit, I was walking again! Turned out, my spine just needed realignment.
I learned then that Dr Tio specializes in sports injuries. He has an incredible ability to relieve pain by gentle manipulation of bones, muscles, and nerves. No painkillers, just real results. Since my 1st visit, I now see him regularly for all sorts of issues, and he always gets me back to feeling great in one or two visits. I am over 60 and in great shape. I don't struggle with pain now. Dr Tio takes care of it for me.

First visited Dr David Tio back in 2010 when I was suffering with years of unexplained extreme lower back pain. Done all sorts of treatment at the hospital and TCM but the pain just won’t go away until my ex boss introduced me to Dr David Tio. After the first session done, the pain subsided greatly. With weekly follow up for 3 weeks. The pain was gone. Love how efficient the treatment is and the best part he will always say please cancel the next appt if we are feeling fine.
Now one or twice yearly, will be back for some adjustment and aching due to bad posture. Thank you for ur healing hand.

Have been seeing Dr Tio since at least 2013/2014 for my chronic discomfort and stiffness due to two falls as a child compressing my vertebrae. His treatment is the onlu thing that has provided long term relief. I've tried TCM, physiotherapy, ultrasound therapy but his treatment has been the most effective giving me weeks and months of relief at a time. Would recommend anyone with muscle or joint issues to give Dr Tio a visit!

Dr David Tio is good. I'm usually very suspicious if a treatment works or not. But with neck pain that didn't go away, I'd try anything. So I went and now I know that simple movements and re-alignments WORK! It's worth going!

Prior to this, I’ve visited chiropractors consistently for a few months and the pain is always there. Or sometimes it’s elevated to the extend that it affects the functionality of my daily life. I did went to a reputable chiropractor clinic. Henceforth, I knew it had to look for other alternatives. A Friend of mine recommended this to me. I first visited this clinic because of an excruciating pain at my hip, it hurts when I’m walking or just standing. Dr Teo treated me that day and I happily went to house visit thereafter, won a few rounds of ban luck and totally forgotten that I had hip pain. Amazing!! It’s truly 哪里痛 就治那里. They charge by sessions, so much more wallet friendly as compared getting packages in chiro clinics.
