I really like their skincare products — they work well and make my skin feel clean and healthy. The staff are very friendly and know their stuff. They took the time to explain what suits my skin best, which I really appreciate. Overall, a great experience!

Did not plan to buy any skincare today — I was just walking by and told myself, “don’t take the sample!” 😅 But wow, glad I stopped! The staff were super friendly, and guess what — there are guys selling skincare too! I was a bit doubtful at first, so I tested him a little… and he totally impressed me. Knows his skincare routine inside out! Ended up walking out with an eye cream 😂 Totally worth it. I’ll be bringing my friends here for sure!

At first that china lady staff with pony tail was friendly when I went in but her remarks are really Rude and sarcastic ...she say my skin color was like my clothes which are brown...it's not really that dark and she also commented that my dark eye circles are really black and need something...also criticize my skin that it was oily n many breakouts ...i Don't feel comfortable with the way she point out my flaws as if she was perfect which clearly she is not and her skin isn't perfect either but i had not even commented back and yet she go in and on even i told her i bought many skincare myself already which are costly and she keep trying to stop me from leaving saying i had to help her for closing a sale before I go and keep pestering me really unprofessional and rude as well I don't feel her attitude is sincere this Chinese lady staff is so fake as after I told her I need to go she stare at me and give a look as if judging me from top to bottom as if i can't afford .pls don't go to this shop if u aren't prepare for people like that ...really scary ...

Very hard sell to my dad with all the products and treatments told him only need to spend 85$ per month ended up have to spend over 3k, my dad clearly went for a single session treatment but ended up coming back with products clearly way overpriced and regretted, asked for refunds but only to refund a portion abit, products unable to refund because it was used for abit clearly set up to cheat money by using contracts.
The moment me and my dad came for a refund, the manager clearly was not happy made it difficult for us to get a refund by saying the refund is not at orchard and just kept saying its opposite thr building not revealing the name of the main office to us, only until we had to keep asking then she willing give us the address and unit number, my dad manage to take photo of her face so i will upload it later over here

Pulled Into Shop, Pressured, and Overcharged!
My 78-year-old father was targeted and coerced by staff at this Orogold Somerset outlet on 30 October 2025.
He was on his way to the MRT to go home when a male salesperson pulled him into the shop for a so-called “free demo.” A female salesperson joined in, and together they pressured and confused him.
At the time, he was not in his right state of mind due to his age. He also suffers from cataracts and hearing issues, and could not see or hear well, making it difficult for him to understand what was happening. Despite this, they continued to manipulate and mislead him.
They applied products on his face, refused to let him leave, and pushed him to buy items he did not want or understand. His credit card was swiped multiple times — the first transaction of over $2,000 was declined, the second of $1,600–$1,800 was declined, and only the third for $800 went through.
My father is very old, uneducated, and easily confused. His English is very limited, and he cannot read Chinese, yet they wrote Chinese words on the product he was forced to buy. His salary had just been credited that day, and they clearly took advantage of his vulnerability.
He earns barely over $1,000 a month, and this incident left him distressed, frightened, and financially burdened. This is predatory, unethical, and exploitative behaviour. Please be very careful — especially elderly shoppers. I hope authorities investigate and stop these manipulative, high-pressure sales tactics.

One of the most amazing experiences I’ve had! While passing by the shop, I was greeted warmly and offered a sample to try. The staff provided a fantastic demo, explaining everything clearly and making the experience enjoyable. The products are highly effective, and the prices are very reasonable.
