This is a very new and clean laundromat. The machines are large so it’s great if you have huge load. There are also options for smaller washer and dryers. It’s clean, well-lit, and located in an area with lots of people.

This place is nice and clean, but a few reason why I give it only 2 stars:
1) You can only exchange cash for tokens to operate the machine. If you do not have the correct change then you end up buying extra tokens that are not refundable.
2) The laundry machine did not count some coins that I put into the laundry machine. I exchanged exactly $20 for 20 tokens but after I inserted everything it still asked for 2 more tokens so I had to buy another $5 in tokens (non-refundable) to make it work.
3) There are no helper or phone to call someone when the machines didn’t count my coins so my money is gone and I ended up buying extra tokens that are not refundable.
There are 2 other laundromat within walking distance from this one so I suggest staying away from this one if you don’t want to end up paying extra to do your laundry.

Super clean laundromat with an app that tells you that your laundry is ready. We dropped off our laundry and went to have dinner nearby without having to keep an eye on the clock.
Everything is inside the laundry machine (eg. if you want softener you can pay for it on the app). Note: if you want extra time for your drying, apply it initially. I opened up the machine and it asked me to pay full price again to add more time.

Overall happy. Whatever products they use here smells AMAZING.

Note: There was an unlabelled ball dispensing machine that gives you laundry detergent - don't buy it to use it at the laundromat as everything is inside the actual laundry machine and paid by app. I wasted money on this thinking I needed to add it in but it smells great so I bought it home to use.

Nice, clean place. Machines were easy to use and attendant present to assist with making change (tokens are used). Also for $2 extra attendant will monitor and swap your clothes to dryer; handy if you want to do business/shop in the plaza. Numerous shop and I actually got my haircut there.

this is a new expansion unit by the company. arguably cleanest laundromat in Orchard Road! as of writing brand new Tosei and Speed Queen machines. the staff take pride in their shop. this laundromat is attended to until 12 AM. that’s no worries. The staff will come in again at 6 AM.

This coin laundry is located behind the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard. The pins are misplaced, so be careful as there's a store behind it. They offer two types of machines, one made in Japan and one made in the United States. The machines are new, easy to use, and clean. It can wash up to 30 kilograms of laundry at a time. For a family of four, 30 kilograms is often needed, which is actually cheaper since other laundromats use two machines. The price may seem high at first glance, but that's because it's a large number of kilograms. You can choose to dry only, wash only, or dry and wash. Instead of inserting money directly, you purchase special coins to insert your laundry. Only $1, $2, $5, $10, and $50 are accepted, so you'll need coins. While I was waiting, the staff were always cleaning and keeping the laundry clean. There were also baskets for removing laundry, a place to fold laundry, and chairs to wait in. It was bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and always came to help if I needed help. This was the only place I could do my laundry when I stayed in Orchard. It's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so I came to do my laundry after my kids went to bed and spent the time doing some shopping. It was staffed and the staff were nice, so I was able to get away from it all.
