Very easy to use, all instructions are in English. Bring $2, $5 and $10 notes to get tokens from the machines. All programs are clear and good value. Seats are comfy while you wait! Also click the fans on, it's hot without!

Very good place for self service cloths washing and drying. Only one thing that I believe which should be improved is, they should provide the way to return the tokens for money for those who don’t have any plans to return to the place.

Excellent experience. Pros: Laundry was very good. Washing and dryer completed in 1 hour max. Charges are reasonable. More number of Washing machines. Waiting time was less. Cons: There should be some kiosk to return the token. So that customer can get the refund amount if they get excess token from kiosk. While drying the clothes by mistake I placed 2 tokens at a time and machine doesn't return it. For washing, machine was asking to put the token continuously at a time whereas drier accepts only one. If we put all at once then you can't get it back.

Overall needs refurbishment. Machines are OK. You need to use token. Great way to lock customers and end up with useless token when you are travelling. Dryers not great. Cycle stopped half way through. Money was lost.

The chairs are wire tied together, as if anyone would want to steal them and as if that would stop them. They use tokens instead of money. The machine next to mine started two minutes after mine and stopped three minutes before mine even though we ran the same program. I'm not sure which of us got ripped off.
