I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jackson Chiang at Orchard Hand Surgery. From the very first consultation November 2024 until now, he was professional, patient, and thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly, which really put me at ease.
The procedure itself was smooth, and Dr. Chiang’s calm and confident manner gave me great reassurance. His follow-up care was also excellent, he genuinely cares about his patients’ recovery and progress.
The clinic itself is also a very welcoming space with a beautiful, modern interior that feels comfortable the moment you walk in. The receptionist team are so kind and lovely. They even have a coffee machine for patients, which is such a thoughtful touch and makes the whole experience feel less clinical and more relaxed.

Was referred to to Dr Jackson for a wrist injury. He was attentive, calm in his demeanour and confidence inspiring in that my injury would heal without issues.
