I visited the clinic due to a tooth crack that causes toothache for 1 week. Was lucky to get an appointment due to cancellation by another patient.
I was attended by Dr. Stephanie, she has explained to me the possible solution for the issue but the tooth cannot be saved due to the crack was too severe, she did an extraction for me. I really thank her as i did not experience any pain during the extraction and she was very clear in her explanation and every step she is doing to calm me down.
Always have very good experience with orchard dental surgery and also thanks to the friendly staff who attended to me.

Thank you Dr Stephanie and her assistant for always providing good service and comfortable visit. I had a badly decayed tooth which only left the roots, had the extraction done by their wonderful dentist, Dr Stephanie, who informed me that I need to extract this on my last visit when she did my scaling and polishing. She guided me and giving clear information the procedure before it began. She always inform me what she is doing next while doing it. No discomfort during the process. After extraction she also brief me what to do and what to avoid doing. Very good experience for someone like me who doesn’t like visiting the dentist. Highly recommended.

My visits to the dentist now fill me with peace and relief since Dr Koh attended to me many, many years ago for far too many dental procedures.
In Dr Koh, what I like is her professionalism; her efficiency and highly organised thinking to perform the dental procedure(s) in a manner that is most suitable for my situation; her attention to detail, keeping up with the latest techniques and technologies, and utmost care to minimize pain; and her taking the time to teach me how to take good care of my teeth because (being able to) eating is one of life's pleasures.

My first visit was 10years ago and until now I’m still going. I was never a fan of dental but Dr Koh prove me wrong. She is so caring and gentle.
