I have been training with Yan Sun for close to half a year now, and have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together! Yan is very encouraging and attentive. She tailors the classes to my needs and brings on a challenge every time. I started as a total beginner and through her patient guidance, I definitely see myself improving and looking forward to each week’s class.

Felicia is such a lovely and supportive instructor! 💖 Her classes are fun, challenging (in the best way), and she always takes time to help correct your form. Even when I thought I couldn’t hold a move any longer, her voice kept me going 😆 I’ve never felt stronger and more motivated to keep moving. Love her vibe and energy—highly recommended!

Had my trial session with maysin today and really glad that she is gentle, friendly and patient which are the key requirements for me when choosing an instructor. Maysin is knowledgeable and quickly assessed my body to identify which areas need to be focused on. After the trial session, I went on to sign up a 15 sessions package.
