If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to visit folks that actually cared about what they do, pay a visit to Siew Lian, VK, and the team at Optics Premier. Just to solve my issue, we went through 3 revisions, single focal range, progressive lens, and finally settled on bifocals. Mind you the bifocals were not the more modern kind, it was literally a Franklin (e-line), honestly who would bother? But they did, because they wanted to solve an issue and not just close the deal.
Most amazing thing, it was my first purchase from them, I just needed something urgently and walked over from my office nearby, i consider myself lucky.
I cannot recommend them enough - no BS.

Went to make my first progressive glasses. The optometrist is very patient to explain the use of it. It took a while to select the glasses but the optometrist is very patient and friendly to give advice. I am satisfied with the tortoise shell glasses. Very nice cosy environment to have your eyes checked and select the glasses you like.

Went for an eye examination and consultation by optometrist, Siew Lian. I had many questions, and she was very professional, caring and patient in her consultation. Unlike other shops, she listens to concerns and was not pushy to purchase expensive frames etc. I will recommend this place. The prices are reasonable too.

I walked in randomly asking for some help with my sunglasses as it wasn't fitting well on my face. I offered to pay a small fee to help get it fixed but the staff there was so kind and insisted on doing it for me for free. This saved me so much time. The service there is impeccable and I will definitely want to go back there for my future optometry services.

I just popped in by chance to get my eyes tested following cataract surgery.
The optician did a very thorough eye test with explanations being provided at every step of the traditional test (as the modern test machine could not get a proper result due to the specifics of my eyes).
A pair of custom reading glasses suitable for computer work were purchased which were delivered in a couple of days and some bifocal glasses were also purchased for delivery in a weeks time.
The staff were friendly, informative, helpful and the service was excellent.

I have to do some eyes tests for my record and had been contacting more than 20 optometrist / eye clinics / hospital- Found optics premier though google search and Amanda was very attentive and helpful during communication- they also charged the fair price for the tests i need to do. Appointment was easy and went down next day. Amanda was very careful and gentle, she also explained each of the results to me!

The staff there are really friendly and professional. They did a thorough check for me which includes checking my prescription and the back part of my eye with a machine. The staff attending to me also explained to me the findings in detail. Definitely going back there again to get my eyes checked. Highly recommend for those who would like to get professional advice!

My glasses fell off on my flight to Singapore and somebody walked on them, twisting the frame and hinges, and knocking out a lens.
This very kind and expert lady repaired the glasses, putting the lens back in again.
She only took 5 minutes and refused to take any payment!
I recommend this shop in the highest terms and hope this review goes a small way to thanking this sweet lady because now I can see things during my time in Singapore.
