I first went to OA in April and was greeted by Heidi and I signed a package to do laser treatment for my face. During the period from April to June, I signed two packages one with Heidi and one with Joanna. I must say the treatments didn’t work and overly priced and little follow up were done after the treatments. It felt like hard selling to meet their targets and then you are on your own. My skin isn’t any better after 8 or more sessions of laser that caused more breakouts each time and when I went there in desperation to do a facial treatment, one session cost me more than $1000 with no effect at all. Decided enough is enough. Not professional and poor service management.

I have been doing Brazilian laser hair removal treatment for many years and the experience was much better than I expected. The therapist was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. The procedure was quick, and the pain level was very manageable — more like light, momentary snaps rather than anything intense.
I noticed smoother skin and reduced hair growth. The results have been consistent, and the downtime was minimal with no major irritation afterwards. Overall, I’m really happy with how effective and convenient the treatment has been. I would definitely recommend Brazilian laser to anyone looking for a long-term solution with clean, comfortable results.

Recently visited Only Aesthetics Wheelock for the first time and was attended by consultants Salley and Stacey. Salley did an AI skin analysis and which was very informative. I finally knew what my skin is lacking. Stacey was very professional and gentle with my face during treatment , comforting and always ensuring I was feeling ok. What I like best about them was that there was no hard selling or pushing of products/ packages. Salley recommended what was best for me but also understood how I was traumatised by other aesthetic centres of their upselling of packages / treatments that didn’t work. She even guided me on my skincare at home and reminded me that less is more. It is rare to find such service > sales attitude is at aesthetic clinics nowadays and I am glad Only Aesthetics honour their value of “Clients first, money second”. Looking forward to more treatment sessions and visible results.
