Bought a sunglasses as a Christmas present for my mother. One of the staff by the name Wesley recommended a customise sunglasses because it has a clearer visual from sunlight which I cannot find elsewhere with a affordable price. I went to Oakley Taka just to browse around to see if I can get my broken spec fix. (after bad experience I had from Oakley 313 Somerset outlet). I was attended by Wesley Wong. I would like to mention that he is one of a kind patient and knowledgable, able to explain well to me. He is helpfulness as well and that has convinced me to buy the Oakley eyewear and go on to purchase a golf pants.
I guess every shopfront retail store would wish to have the kind of positive guy like Wesley Wong. Keep it up, Wesley.
(aside) Unlike the experience I had from Oakley 313 Somerset outlet. They didn't even bother to return call even after more 1 month of waiting for spare pasts. Until I visited again and was told "no stock". That's all I got.

Very pleased with the salesman who assisted me in buying my Bisphaera and Contrail. Nothing more to ask of him, and I thank him for his knowledge and time to aid my purchase.
However, having spent SGD $400+ on the pair of Contrail sunglasses, very disappointed to see that it shipped only with the outer cardboard box and a dust bag, which made it embarrassing as this is a birthday present I bought for my dad. Even my cheaper Bisphaera came with a hardshell casing. It did make my overall purchase feel overtly expensive for what I received. I think a cheap hardshell case included with every pair of sunglasses would go a long way in making the products feel more premium.
While I like the product and service received, I will very likely not be a returning customer if such an expensive pair of sunglasses does not even come with a simple hard casing for storage and travel.
