Had been a long time customer of O+ with currently 3 pairs of glasses from them. Brought my previous pair that had the clip on shades for them to check because there’s so much flare that it hurts my eyes to even have them on for a few mins under the sun. I’d rather not use shades than have the clip ons.
So defective/badly designed product aside, the staff member first said it could be due to my prescription changing. Then let me try a pair of new clip ons which had the same problem.
Then just as I was about to leave, she said something like “by the way, those clip ons were free right?”. I don’t know what she might be trying to insinuate but whether it was free or not should not be justification that I should accept my eyes being hurt by the lousy clip ons. The product is downright bad and defective.
Now, they have nicely designed glasses but quality and usability can be improved. Customer service too. And for those looking to get the clip ons, don’t do it unless you want to hurt your eyes even more.

Came here because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. The experience made every dollar spent well worth it. The staff knew what frames to recommend and took extra care to ensure the frame fit my face well. The frames were well made and trendy. Blue-light filter lenses were from Zeiss and is said to not be as yellow as compared to other lenses. Comprehensive and detailed eye test.
When you receive your spectacles, you get a prescription card, a pouch, a beautiful leather-looking spectacle case and of course your spectacles.
It looks like I'll be seeing with this specs for a good few years, so, for $400, I think it's worth it.

superb service every time! staff is always patient in explaining even when i spend ages trying different frames. they’re always very knowledgable about the different models they offer, and offer helpful recommendations for what suits my face.
this time around i went back to try to fix my O+ metal frame which had a little spot of corrosion, and they readily offered a solution within 20min, and even replaced parts of my frame completely with no questions asked! truly a local brand worth supporting👏🏻
