My mom and I had a good experience at Nuffield Wellness. We both did the Shirodara with Yogi and Bilma, and were greeted by Geetha at the front counter. They were all very friendly and professional and we'll definitely come back again.

This was my first time to try Nuffield Wellness, through ClassPass. I booked the 60 min abhyanga massage with sauna and Himalayan dry and wet scrub. It was so cool cos the sauna is a chamber inside your private room! Aswathi was great with the massage and guided me throughout the session. Will book her again! Masseuse yogeshwari is simply brilliant. She has almost 17+ work experience as massage therapist and is by far best masseuse in the last decade that I've found across regions - India, Singapore, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand (if you're also a regular massage traveller at these countries, you must visit here for sure).
Their front office management is a bit cumbersome and often doctors are alternating between billing duties, clinic management where their skill set may not be best suited.
Overall experience is ok. Thumps up for the therapists!

It was an excellent experience. I attended a trial session after clicking on a Facebook advertisement. I was attended to by very friendly staff both online and in person. Ms Yoge was my therapist and she is highly skilled and professional. I especially liked the fact that there was absolutely no hard selling of any packages. There was just a brief sharing of a possible package I may want to consider after the massage and that was it. I am really impressed with this lovely establishment. The ambience was beautiful and so were the people I met. Thank you so much.
