I had a physio session with Felicia (Physiotherapist) and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Felicia took the time to really listen to my concerns, assess my posture and movements, and explained everything in detail. She customized a treatment plan for me, focusing on areas I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort.
Not only is she highly knowledgeable, but Felicia also has a calm and professional approach that made the entire experience feel both effective and relaxing. I left the session feeling much better, with clear exercises to continue my recovery at home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert care and personalised attention!

Came in with a stiff jaw and after Felicia did her massage, my jaw is much less stiff and easier to open!

My experience with Felicia was great since my very first appointment. She was very patient and empathetic towards my pain issues. What’s amazing is that the physio works! I’ve been religiously doing the recommended exercises and I’ve seen incremental improvements over the sessions.

Geetha is a jovial and amicable receptionist. She is extremely well-mannered and is helpful when answering any queries I have regarding physiotherapy sessions. Rabia is a fantastic physio therapist. She knows how to troubleshoot my area of concerns and how to treat it excellently. She is also very personable and professional. Livon is a lovely lady who take pride in her work. Always smiling and professional; and ready to assist in every way. The Pilates rooms’ toilet need to be washed and cleaned and disinfected ! Found a dead cockroach when I using it to change into exercise gear on my 2nd visit! Yaks! The free parking whole day is a major attraction other then the instructor that kept me coming back for classes at Nuffield.

Really impressed with the care I have been receiving from Rabia Shah for me pre- and re-hab after elbow surgery! She's just so good at figuring out what needs addressing, from manual therapy to pain management and strength training... communication with the clinic is a breeze, too, and I love the quiet and inviting atmosphere of their premises!
