The service was great overall. Dr. Prashanth is excellent—he doesn't complicate things much and provided clear, easy-to-understand information throughout my visit. It was refreshing to receive such straightforward and honest advice.
A special mention must go to his assistant, Ramya, who was incredibly caring and made the entire process very easy and comfortable. Her compassion really helped put me at ease.
The clinic also boasts a great ambience, which contributes to a very relaxing and positive environment.

I have been seeing Dr Serene Wu for my dental care for as long as I can remember, and I am deeply grateful that my parents entrusted me to her care from a young age. Dr Kumar is an excellent dentist and an outstanding communicator. I came to him not because I was worried about my teeth, but because I had chronic sinusitis, which I suspected might be caused by cysts at the base of my teeth. He was immediately able to confirm I had three such cysts (which my ENT had missed!), and this helped my convince my ENT to perform surgery I desperately needed.
The removal of the three diseased teeth was painless and fast.
Throughout, Dr Kumar was able to explain exactly what was happening in crystal clear terms but without seeming patronising in the slightest. He was also extremely patient with the worries I had about how my teeth were affecting my sinuses.
Additionally, the staff at both locations I visited are warm and highly professional. Jean at Raffles Place is especially lovely and easy to talk to.

I have been going to Dr Surinder for over 6 years now. Her care is excellent and she patiently walks you through each step which is reassuring, especially for those who are nervous visiting a dentist. I am now doing invisalign with Dr Surinder and the process has been smooth with great results so far. Her holistic approach to dentistry and the useful tips she provides resonates with me. Avoid Nuffield Dental Jewel at Wheelock! Had a horrible experience with severe toothache and was left feeling frustrated. After taking an X-ray, the dentist Dr Surinder barely touched the surface, doing some superficial pricking without really digging deep although it hurts a lot, to address the issue. No real solution offered, just told to gargle, wait and see and take Panadol. Unbelievable that such a dentist exist.
As i was still in a lot pain after session at Nuffield, I Went straight to Coden and where Prof Ho Kee Hai worked magic! Thorough cleaning, removed a lot of dirt stuck between my gums and molars, and was super gentle and comforting throughout. He reassured me at every step, making the whole experience painless. By the time I left, my toothache was GONE. What a difference a good dentist makes! 1/5 stars for Nuffield Wheelock, 5/5 stars for Prof Ho Kee Hai at Coden Dental!
